Recently no new content has been released on the front of punjabi entertainment industry on a bigger level and the people were missing the streaming of new Punjabi entertainment Bundles on big as well as small screens. But the tables turned around when the hit Punjabi director Smeep Kang suddenly announced the release of his upcoming Short Series.
The name of this series is ‘ Divorce Dede Darling ‘. The director took to his social media and announced to be releasing the same from 14th August, 2021 onwards. As per reports, this short series will be having 7 episodes and each episode will have a duration of around 3 minutes. This series will be released on Smeep kang’s official YouTube channel.
This series will mark the Debut of Smeep Kang‘s son Kairav Kang as a director who will direct this series under the guidance of his father who is very well recognised as the creator of many epic punjabi comedy movies like carry on Jatta , Bhaji in problem , Lucky Di unlucky story and much more. Moreover, the short series will cast Smeep himself along with his wife and Kairav’s mother Parneet Sarkaria Kang as lead cast. As vivid from the title of the series, the story of this short series will revolve around the funny and notorious relationship conflicts between a husband and wife.
Previously , neither there had been any buzz of this web series nor he mentioned or signed the audience about his plan of creating such a project before. Even the director did not share any poster to announce his plan to release such an interesting short series. Therefore the sudden announcement of this web series is surely a great surprise gift by Smeep to Punjabi audiences and is surely a great comedy delight for them.
